When not developing cool solutions on Microsoft at Avanade, Dave is an prolific musician.
Ross Lotharius has over 10 years experience in the information technology industry including systems development, analysis, and administration with very strong analytical and communication skills. He is one of only 26 CRM MVPs worldwide and received this honor in 2008 for his outstanding contributions to the CRM user and partner communities. His efforts as a CRM architect and lead developer on several large scale projects, earned a 2007 Microsoft Pinnacle Award for Excellence in Services Industry Leadership. Ross also has experience delivering technical training to customers, ISVs, and Partners globally as a Microsoft representative for Microsoft CRM Titan (4.0).
Duane Napier is a solutions architect for Avanade with extensive background as a Microsoft Dynamics CRM solutions specialist. Duane is responsible for engaging with clients early in the sales process, providing demos, responding to requests and leading development of Proof of Concepts (POCs) and pilot programs for Microsoft Dynamics CRM. He has been working in the CRM industry since 2001 implementing Dynamics CRM and Pivotal CRM. He holds nine Microsoft exam certifications, six of these are in Microsoft Dynamics CRM. Formerly, Duance was a delivery manager at Avanade responsible for the project solution quality, gathering requirements, defining deliverables and working with Microsoft and Accenture using a defined methodology.
Erik Pool is a senior consultant for Avanade’s CRM service line. Erik has over 5 years of experience designing and delivering business solutions based on the Microsoft Dynamics CRM platform, and has led development on many large enterprise XRM projects that have exercised the full potential of the platform. In addition to XRM, Erik also focuses on user experience design and web development.
